Day-by-day itinerary

Alexandria Port, around 07:00 — Meet your Egypt Rest Tours representative at the cruise exit door. The drive to Cairo takes approximately three hours.

10:30, the Giza Plateau — Guided visit to the Great Sphinx and the three pyramids, with free time for photographs and the option of a camel ride outside the site fence.

13:00, lunch — Lunch at a local restaurant in Cairo.

14:30, the Egyptian Museum — The pharaonic collections, the Tutankhamun rooms and the royal mummies.

17:00, hotel check-in — Transfer to your five-star hotel and time to rest.

19:00, Sound and Light show — Return to the Giza Plateau for the evening show. Seating is included and your guide explains the narration as the story unfolds across the Sphinx and the pyramids. The show runs seasonally, and we will confirm the date for your ship's call when you book.

12:30, lunch — Lunch at a local restaurant by the bay.

14:00, Qaitbay Citadel and the Library — The 15th-century fortress on the site of the ancient Lighthouse, then the modern Bibliotheca Alexandrina.

15:30, Alexandria Port — Returned directly to the terminal beside your ship, with time to spare before sailing.
