About Us

Egypt Rest Tours is an Egypt-based destination management company founded by Egyptologist and Luxor native Yasser Mohamed. From our head office in Luxor and local operations across Cairo, Aswan and the Red Sea, we plan private journeys for travellers who want expert guidance, thoughtful pacing and dependable support.

Travel designed around you

Your itinerary starts with your dates, interests and preferred pace. Our specialists can combine Cairo and Giza, the temples of Luxor and Aswan, a Nile cruise, the Red Sea or Egypt's desert oases into one practical route. We explain the options clearly, then adapt accommodation, transport, guiding and experiences to suit your trip.

Local knowledge, carefully coordinated

Our team works with knowledgeable Egyptologists, experienced drivers, selected hotels and cruise partners across Egypt. We coordinate the details from arrival to departure, including private transfers, domestic travel and on-the-ground assistance, so you always know what comes next.

Clear advice and personal support

We believe a memorable Egypt journey should feel personal, not packaged. Whether this is your first visit or a return trip, you can expect honest recommendations, responsive communication and an itinerary built around what matters to you.
