Day one is the Egypt most people travel to see: the Great Sphinx, the three great pyramids, and the pharaonic galleries of the Egyptian Museum. Day two turns to the city's other history entirely, with Saladin's Citadel, the blue interior of the Muhammad Ali Mosque, and free time down in Khan El Khalili.
